  • Cybersecurity as a Service: A service that provides businesses with a way to outsource their cybersecurity needs to a third party.

  • Phone/Communications: A service that provides businesses with a way to make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, faxes and collaborate with colleagues.

  • Call/Contact Center: A service that provides businesses with a way to handle customer calls and inquiries. Intelligent routing, WFM, automated scheduling, etc.

  • Point to Point circuits:  A dedicated connection between two locations over a WAN such as two offices or office to a data center.

  • Dark Fiber: A fiber-optic cable that is not currently in use. It can be leased by businesses to create their own dedicated connection.

  • DaaS (virtual desktops to end users over the Internet): A service that provides businesses with a way to give their employees access to virtual desktops from anywhere in the world.

  • Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) Express Route: A service that provides businesses with a dedicated connection to a cloud provider, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

  • 5G/LTE Internet and IoT custom sensors: A service that provides businesses with access to 5G or LTE internet and custom sensors that can be used to collect data from devices. ​
